Asalamu alaikum warahmatula wabarakatuhu everyone.

Insha Allah I hope all my readers are well. First, I failed to post the past two weeks due to ill health and I do apologise.

Bi’ithnillah, as promised in the last lesson, today’s post is all about practising what we learnt and to test oneself only!

Therefore here are a few words from the Quran with mixed harakah and sukoon. Try and see if you can pronounce the words without looking at the transliteration given below.

As usual, we begin with our dua:

Allaahumma laa sahla ‘illaa maal ja’altahu sahlan wa ‘Anta taj’alul-hazna ‘ithaa shi’ta sahlan.

‘O Allah, there is no ease other than what You make easy. If You please, You ease sorrow.’
